This Privacy Policy explains how BoatNGo collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.

   Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise device location to generate fishing hotspots, species recommendations, and condition-based insights.
   Images: If you use fish identification features, photos you upload are processed to generate identification results.
   Device & Usage Data: We may collect device type, operating system, app version, crash diagnostics, and anonymized usage metrics.
   Push Notification Tokens: If enabled, we collect a device token to deliver notifications.

2. How We Use Information
   We use collected information to operate the App, provide AI-based outputs, generate location-based recommendations, improve performance, maintain security, and send notifications.

3. AI Processing & Third Parties
   Some features rely on third-party AI service providers. Images or location inputs may be transmitted to these providers solely to generate requested outputs. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Retention
   We retain information only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Uploaded images may be deleted after processing unless otherwise stated.

5. Security
   We implement reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.

6. User Controls

7. Children’s Privacy
   The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes
   We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
